JIM HENSON’S THE STORYTELLER is being revived in comic book form! How crazy is that? I just revisited the series on DVD last month and even chatted it up in the blog. The Storyteller has been released as a graphic novel by Archaia. It’s described as modern takes on the classic tales. I am not quite sure what they mean when they say they “updated the tales a little bit”, but hopefully they retain the feel of the original Storyteller series. Nine different artists will be bringing stories like Jack Tales, Milkmaid, and Old Nick and the Peddler to life on the page. Pick up your copy from Amazon.com
or your local comic shop!

ONCE UPON A TIME. ABC Entertainment is making all full episodes “Once Upon A Time” available to fans throughout the holidays on ABC.com and on the ABC Player for iPad. ABC.com regularly premieres ABC shows the day after they air, with up to 5 of the most current available at one time. This will make additional episodes available so that fans can view the entire season to date.
All full episodes of “Once Upon A Time” will be live at www.ABC.com/Once and on the ABC Player for iPad after the last new episode of this year on Dec. 11 and will be available until the primetime return on January 8, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. ET.

I pretty sure they changed some things but I don’t think they put in a modern setting
That’s okay. Some things were changed in the original series too. There’s an old Tuscan proverb that says “The tale is not good if nothing is changed”. It means that the storyteller is supposed to put a little of their own spin on it.
Here’s a movie I really think you will like it’s called “Vivah – A Journey from Engagement to Marriage” I found it on hulu.
Oh! I love this fairytale!!! It is my favorite!
