Q: Is the name of the comic "Erstwhile" or "Erstwhile Tales"?
A: The name is "Erstwhile." However, since the erstwhile.com domain name was already taken, erstwhiletales.com was the next best choice for the site URL.

Q: Who creates these comics?
A: The original stories were oral tales collected into printed works by Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm. These tales are being adapted into comic form by Gina Biggs. Illustrating the stories are Gina Biggs, Louisa Roy, and Elle Skinner who are all members of Strawberry Comics.

Q: Why does it take so long in between each story?
A: Erstwhile is currently considered a side project by everyone involved. We are working on these stories, but we have our main projects as well.

Q: Are you planning to do more popular fairytales like Cinderella or Snow White?
A: There are no immediate plans to adapt those stories. While they are great stories, there are so many other good stories by the Brothers Grimm that receive little to no attention at all. That is why Erstwhile was created. We want to illustrate the fairy tales that get little to no attention, despite their quality.

Q: Can I review your comic for my zine/magazine/online site?
A: The more exposure for the comic, the better! If you would like to review a story (or the series as a whole), please feel free. We only ask that you write an email and let us know where we can read it.
